1. Czy muszę dokonać rejestracji, aby móc korzystać z Platformy?
Tak, aby korzystać z Platformy niezbędna jest rejestracja.
2. Jak dokonać rejestracji?
Rejestracji dokonujemy za pomocą formularza, poprzez kliknięcie „zarejestruj” się. Po otworzeniu panelu należy uzupełnić wymagane dane w celu utworzenie konta zabezpieczonego hasłem.
3. Czy mogę udostępnić tylko cześć danych innemu pracownikowi?
Tak. Istnieje możliwość nadania uprawnień poszczególnym pracownikom przez administratora (czyli zarejestrowaną osobę). Z zakładki „Profil”, przechodzimy do zakładki „Ustawienia” , a następnie klikamy „dodaj” i nadajemy wybranej osobie uprawnienia do poszczególnych zakładek Platformy, które zabezpieczamy indywidualnym hasłem dostępu dla pracownika.
4. Zapomniałem hasła, co mam zrobić?
W okienku „Panel logowania” należy kliknąć przycisk – „Przypomnienie hasła”. Na wskazany adres email użytkownik otrzymuje nowe hasło, którego należy użyć przy ponownym logowaniu.
5. Chcę zmienić dane rejestracyjne, jak to zrobić?
Aby zmienić dane rejestracyjne należy zalogować się, przejść do zakładki „Profil”, następnie klikając na zakładkę „Dane firmy” dokonać zmiany i nacisnąć przycisk „Zapisz”.
6. Z jakiej przeglądarki internetowej mogę korzystać, podczas użytkowania Platformy?
Platforma przystosowana jest do wyświetlania w następujących przeglądarkach: MS Internet Explorer (od wersji 10), Mozilla Firefox (od wersji 19), Chrome (od wersji 25).
7. Na ilu stanowiskach komputerowych mogę korzystać z Platformy?
Dostęp do platformy jest możliwy na każdym komputerze z dostępem do Internetu, poprzez wpisanie adresu http://intermentoring.cyberware.com.pl.
8. Jak mogę sprawdzić, czy oddelegowany przeze mnie pracownik korzystał z Platformy?
Należy zalogować się, następnie przejść do zakładki „Profil” w dalszej kolejności do podzakładki „Pulpit”, gdzie możliwy jest podgląd ostatnich modyfikacji wprowadzonych na Platformie i raportów.
9. Ilu pracowników można upoważnić do korzystania z Platformy?
Istnieje możliwość nadania uprawnień dla całości Platformy (lub poszczególnych grup uprawnień) łącznie 3 pracownikom.
10. Co oznaczają pola oznaczone gwiazdką (*)?
Pola oznaczone gwiazdką są wymagane, co oznacza, że jeśli pola te nie zostaną uzupełnione, nie będzie można korzystać z danej funkcjonalności.
